LIFE NWA BOI EXPERIENCE 2026

1. Introduction

  • The Life Nwa Boi Experience ("Programme") is a business accelerator and skill-based competition organised by Nigerian Breweries Plc under its Life Lager Beer brand.
  • The Programme is designed to identify, train and support emerging entrepreneurs by providing a platform to showcase business ideas and practical thinking in distribution and sales.
  • Participation is based strictly on merit and is not a lottery or game of chance.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Programme, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
  • Be of Igbo heritage and resident within the participating regions, as this Programme is designed to celebrate and promote the South-East entrepreneurial model.
  • Demonstrate a clear interest or experience in business and entrepreneurship.
  • Submit a written business pitch in accordance with the Programme requirements.
  • Not be an employee or immediate family member of employees of Nigerian Breweries Plc or its affiliated agencies

3. Application Process

  • Applicants are required to submit a written pitch outlining innovative ideas for beer distribution and retail.
  • All applications must be submitted through the designated online platform or approved physical submission channels
  • Nigerian Breweries Plc reserves the right to verify, validate and request supporting information in respect of any application submitted
  • Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate and complete.
  • Incomplete, false or misleading applications will be disqualified.

4. Selection Process

  • Applications will be reviewed by a panel of judges based on pre-defined criteria, including clarity, originality, practicality and business potential.
  • Shortlisted candidates may be invited to participate in further stages, including live pitch sessions.
  • Selection into subsequent stages of the Programme shall be determined by Nigerian Breweries Plc based on the Programme criteria.

5. No Guarantee of Selection

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection into the next stage of the Programme. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

6. Data Privacy

By submitting an application, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purpose of administering the Programme, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Use of Submitted Materials

By submitting your application, you grant Nigerian Breweries Plc a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, publish, display and adapt your submitted materials for purposes related to the Programme, including evaluation, publicity and promotional activities.

8. Publicity and Media

  • Applicants acknowledge that their name, image or submission may be used in connection with the Programme and related promotional activities, without additional compensation, except as may be required by law.
  • Where required, additional consents will be obtained from shortlisted candidates participating in advanced stages of the Programme.

9. Disqualification

Nigerian Breweries Plc reserves the right, at its discretion, to disqualify any applicant who:

  • Provides false or misleading information.
  • Does not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Breaches these Terms & Conditions.

10. Modification of Programme

Nigerian Breweries Plc reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any part of the Programme where necessary for operational, commercial or regulatory reasons.

11. Intellectual Property

  • Applicants retain ownership of their original ideas.
  • Applicants acknowledge that submissions are made on a non-confidential basis.
  • However, by submitting an application, applicants acknowledge that Nigerian Breweries Plc is not restricted from developing or implementing ideas that may be similar, provided such development is independent of the applicant's submission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nigerian Breweries Plc shall not be liable for any loss, cost or expense incurred by applicants in connection with their participation in the application process.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
